The ultimate bridal shower gift
In March 2023, we celebrated my friend’s bridal shower for her upcoming June wedding. I wanted the event to reflect a combination of her favorite colors, elements of her wedding aesthetic, and a mix of spring and boho vibes. The result was a warm, inviting atmosphere that felt both personal and beautifully seasonal.
One of my favorite parts of the shower was the flower bar. Since it was spring, I thought it would be a unique and interactive touch for guests, allowing them to create their own little bouquets to take home. To bring it all together, I reused one of my wedding tablecloths and a chalkboard sign. Adding in a personal and budget-friendly element to the setup.
For the flowers and greenery, I sourced everything from Dillons. Similarity would be to use Sam’s club or any local flower shop of your choice. However since I purchased a large quantity, the florist was kind enough to provide black cooler buckets. Additionally the black buckets were a lifesaver and made it so much easier to organize, as well as easy to travel with. I lucked out by finding bouquet sleeves for free right by the flower stands. Which made it even easier for guests to wrap and carry their arrangements home. If your store doesn’t have any available, I’ve linked similar options below that would work just as well.
The flower bar turned out to be such a fun and memorable addition to the bridal shower. It gave guests a hands-on activity to enjoy and served as a unique party favor that they could take home and admire for days after the event. It was a big hit and all the guests loved it. It’s definitely an idea I would recommend for anyone planning a bridal shower, baby shower, or even a spring gathering. It was simple to set up, budget-friendly, and made the celebration feel extra special!
